Understand the work.
Tell us what happens today, who is involved, and which tools you use. We review your details and talk through the problem on a free 30-minute call. If we do not think we can help, we say so before asking you to spend money.

Build and test one improvement.
You receive a simple work map you keep, a fixed quote, and one small working improvement you can stop. Testing is usually 2–4 weeks, with reviews around weeks 1 and 2, and again around week 4 when needed. We compare the result with the goal we agreed on.

Decide whether to continue.
Stop, keep testing, or expand what helped. A larger build adds only the work you approve, with clear approvals, alerts, and operating instructions. The full small-test fee is credited when you continue.
No surprise usage bills
Agree on limits before the system starts.
Your plan says how much usage is included and what happens near the limit. We can pause optional work, stop at a cap, or ask for approval before spending more.
Before important work is called ready, its backup step or failure alert is configured and verified. Your proposal explains that plan instead of promising that nothing will ever go wrong.
